I will encourage you to be curious about yourself, embrace change, find balance, regain authenticity, using your strengths to empower your life. We will collaborate to design an individualised treatment plan to meet your needs.
My aim is to nurture personal growth, strengthen relationships, and boost overall well-being in a confidential and supportive environment.

Why therapy?
As we transition through life we experience many changes which are often challenging and unfamiliar. How we approach these challenges impacts our ability to function optimally. Our inability to effectively transition demanding roles and experiences impedes our ability to grow and experience emotional well-being.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients understand their limiting beliefs and problematic patterns that may be getting in the way of emotional and psychological functioning.
I am aware of and attuned to marginalised communities, including LGBTQIA+ and understand how experiences of repression also impact mental health and healing.
